Product Authenticity and Description

All Belle Âme Atelier creations are crafted with meticulous care using premium materials. We make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions accurately represent the product. However, due to variations in screen display and the handcrafted nature of certain items, minor differences in color, texture, or finish may occur.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of the order — it merely confirms that we have received it. Belle Âme Atelier reserves the right to verify information, confirm product availability, and approve the transaction before processing.

Orders are typically fulfilled within the estimated timeframes stated at checkout. Delays due to customs, logistics, or global events may occasionally occur. Belle Âme Atelier shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer both standard and express delivery options depending on your location. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure that your jewelry arrives in perfect condition.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our pieces. If, however, you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Personalized, engraved, or custom-made pieces are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection of the returned item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

All Belle Âme Atelier jewelry is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
